We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dreamer Boy Collective is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak periods.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by the destination country.
These charges:

Dreamer Boy Collective is not responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, or delays caused by customs processing. If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, this does not qualify for a refund.

If approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect:

We will cover return postage
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or used incorrectly are not considered faulty.
UK Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. These rights apply regardless of our store policy.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or replacement.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order is passed to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. While we will assist with tracking or claims, Dreamer Boy Collective is not liable for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
